Message from the Chairman

Building Trust and Creating Audit Value
— A New Step Forward for Yaesu Audit & Co.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and support of our audit engagements.

As of July 1, 2025, I, Takashi Watanabe, have assumed the role of Chairman of Yaesu Audit & Co. It is with a profound sense of responsibility and renewed appreciation for the support we have received over the years that I take on this important position, particularly at this significant milestone of our firm’s 55th anniversary.

Contribute to Society with Fairness

Since our foundation, we have remained committed to our guiding philosophy:
"Contribute to society with fairness."
Guided by this principle, we have worked to enhance the credibility of capital markets and support the healthy development of economic society through financial statement audits.
This commitment goes beyond mere regulatory compliance—it is rooted in sincere dialogue with our clients and a consistent, thoughtful approach grounded in hands-on audit practice.

In recent years, the environment surrounding society has become increasingly complex and uncertain. From climate change and geopolitical tensions to the rapid advancement of generative AI and the rise of cyber risks, corporate management is undergoing fundamental transformation. In this context, the role of audit firms is also evolving—from assuring the accuracy of financial information to generating trust across multiple dimensions, including non-financial information.

Yaesu Audit & Co. is committed to meeting the demands of a rapidly changing era by continuing to challenge ourselves in reinventing audit value—while maintaining the trust of society and aiming for sustainable, steady growth.
We will reinforce the use of IT and data analytics, promote risk-based quality management, and above all, deliver value grounded in the strength of our people and the power of teamwork. Step by step, we will continue to move forward with purpose and precision.

As a member of the Kreston Global network, we will also continue to leverage an international perspective. With a sound and open organizational culture, our professionals—equipped with diverse expertise and strong human qualities—will remain committed to being an audit firm that earns the trust and choice of society.
